Time is running out, the forces of evil realized they are in danger, they see that more and more people open their eyes and act against the COVID SCAM.

So they try to push forward their ‘great reset’ agenda, after the illegal vote to impose ‘vaccination passes’ in stealth mode by a majority corrupt EU ‘parliament’. It seems however that 200 hundred or so MEP’s voted no to the cattle marking plan of the EU commission.  

This is the plan of the EU commission since 2018 and the plan of their globalist masters since decades.

Now, the servile puppets in the UK, Germany and France are acting hastily (too hastily as if they felt threatened) trying to move forward with the evil plan of destruction of our democracies, of the enslavement of our bodies and minds , they feel threatened as a litany of lawsuits are naturally falling on them, some have succeeded already like in Portugal, Belgium and in two German states. More have been initiated and more are on the way.

These lawsuits will not change things if people don’t go massively after the criminals like Johnson, Merkel, Macron, Biden, Trudeau in their respective countries. The goal is not to get back to normal anymore, the goal is to destroy the globalists, their evil agenda and the people who helped implement it.

2. a doubtful and imprecise number of deaths since it is impossible today to know the exact number of people who died from the disease Covid-19 and not “with the Covid-19” (according to the results of tests once again unreliable).

• The constitutional bloc and the conventional bloc have never given such power to administrative authorities.
• These assaults clearly affected the individual liberty of the applicants and thereby their dignity and the physical, mental and moral integrity of each individual.
• We therefore ask for the immediate cessation of these measures which violate individual liberty and we ask for reparation.

The Court of First Instance of Brussels ordered the State, this Wednesday, to put an end to the exceptional measures taken in the framework of the ‘pandemic’, and this within 30 days. A fine of 5,000 euros per day will be due if the State does not comply with the decision.

The League of Human Rights had introduced, three weeks ago in the name of all Belgians, a summary action before the Court of First Instance of Brussels.

The latter ordered the State, this Wednesday, to put an end to the exceptional measures taken in the framework of the pandemic, and this within 30 days, Le Soir has learned. A fine of 5,000 euros per day will be due if the State does not comply with the decision.

The court of summary judgement considered that the urgency invoked by the plaintiffs was established by the fact of the extension until April 1st, by ministerial decree of February 6th, of the disputed measures, and this “without a real communication having been made on the subject”.

The plaintiffs questioned the responsibility of the Belgian State in that it had committed a fault by adopting measures, by way of regulation, that infringed fundamental freedoms “in disregard of the constitutional and/or legal rules that require it to abstain or to act in a certain way”.

The amount of the fine, set at 5,000 euros per day, cannot exceed a total of 200,000 euros. “In view of the complex circumstances related to the health crisis and without questioning them, the court granted the State a period of 30 calendar days to comply with the decision. It would be surprising if the State did not appeal this decision.

It should be noted that the “pandemic” law, intended to put an end to these problems, will be debated this Wednesday afternoon in committee in the House.

The Prime Minister’s office is not reacting for the moment. They are waiting to study the judgement of the Brussels Court of First Instance.

On March 24, the Vienna Administrative Court ruled on a complaint filed by the FPÖ against what it considered a grossly illegal ban on a registered rally. In its ruling, the court tore apart the Corona policy of the green federal government, pro-Green policies of the German federal government). Citing internationally recognized experts, studies and the World Health Organization, the court found that Anschober’s disease definitions (ER: minister of health, Rudolf Anschober) were wrong and that a PCR test for Covid-19 diagnosis was unsuitable.

During the alleged pandemic, about as many people appear to have contracted covid-19 as would otherwise have contracted the flu – while there are supposedly no or hardly any flu cases worldwide. This is giving more and more people pause for thought.

Those seeking to leave Israel after this coming Saturday will not be required to receive Exceptions Committee permission.

The justices, led by chief justice Esther Hayut, blasted the government over the way it adopted the restrictions, saying the decisions were made without reference to relevant data.

“In the future, any new restrictions on travel into or out of Israel need, in legal terms, a comprehensive, factual, data-based foundation.”

Lawyers to sue WHO for misleading world over COVID-19 outbreak

Lawyer Dr Reiner Fuellmich says agencies ‘knowingly misled governments across the world.’

A group of lawyers is preparing to sue the World Health Organization and some of its partners for allegedly misleading the world over the severity of the COVID-19 outbreak and the measures taken to control it, which have damaged livelihoods and caused tremendous harm to economies.

The move was announced by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, one of four members of the German Coronavirus Investigative Committee that has been hearing international scientists and experts’ testimonies since July 2020.

In a video released to his YouTube channel, Dr Fuellmich accuses WHO Director Tedros Adhanom, Christian Drosten, of Berlin’s Charité Hospital, and Lothar Wieler, the head of the RKI, the German counterpart of the U.S. Center for Disease Control, whom knowingly misled governments across the world.

“This corona crisis, according to all we know today, must be renamed a corona scandal, and those responsible for it must be criminally prosecuted, and sued for civil damages,” he said. “On a political level, everything must be done to make sure that no one will ever again, be in a position of such power as to be able to defraud humanity, or to attempt to manipulate us with their corrupt agendas.”

Dr Fuellmich plans on filing a class-action suit in the United States.

“One: is there a corona pandemic, or is there only a PCR test pandemic, specifically, does a positive PCR test result mean that the person tested is infected with COVID-19, or does it mean absolutely nothing, in connection with the COVID-19 infection,” he said, unafraid to mention alleged corporate greed in his lawsuit.

“Two, do the so-called anti-corona measures, such as the lockdowns, facemasks, social distancing, and quarantine regulations serve to protect the world’s population from corona, or do they serve only to make people panic, so they believe without asking any questions, that their lives are in danger, so that in the end, the pharmaceutical and technology companies can generate huge profits from the sale of PCR tests, antigen and antibody tests and vaccines, as well as the harvesting of our genetic fingerprints.”

“Three, is it true that the German government was extensively lobbied, more so than any other government, by the chief protagonists of the so-called corona pandemic?” he questioned. “Germany is known as a particularly disciplined country and was therefore to become a role model for the rest of the world, for its strict, and therefore, successful adherence to the corona measures.”

Fuellmich deals with concerns over collateral damage caused by measures claimed to stop COVID-19, in addition to seeking answers about how dangerous the virus truly is, and whether a person whose PCR test has come back positive is actually infected by the disease.

“Based on the rules of criminal law, asserting false facts concerning the PCR tests or intentional misrepresentation, as conducted by Messrs. Drosten and Wieler and the WHO, this can only be interpreted as fraud,” he explained. “Based on the rules of the civil tort law, this translates into intentional infliction of damage.”

He claimed that these people knew “the PCR tests cannot provide any information about infections, but asserted over and over, to the general public, that they can, with their counterparts all over the world repeating this.

“They all knew and accepted that based on their recommendations, the governments of the world would decide on lockdowns, the rules for social distancing, and the mandatory wearing of masks, the latter representing a serious health hazard as more and more independent studies and expert statements show.

“Under tort laws, all those harmed by these PCR test-induced lockdowns are entitled to full compensation for their losses,” he added. “In particular, there is a duty to compensate – that is a duty to pay damages – to companies and self-employed persons as a result of the lockdown and other measures.

“In the meantime however, the anti-corona measures have caused and continue to cause such devastating damage to the world’s population’s health and its economy, that the crimes committed by Messrs. Drosten, Wieler, and the WHO, must be legally qualified as crimes against humanity, as defined in Section 7 of the International Criminal Code,” Fuellmich said.

March 31, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) –– A host of global leaders issued a call for a global pandemic treaty, purportedly in order to prevent future pandemics, distribute vaccinations, and implement a unilateral approach to global governance.
